Reddit thread detection
Open a public Reddit thread or subreddit, then open the Subharvest side panel. The current page should update as you switch tabs or navigate; if it does not, paste the thread URL directly into the Thread URL field.

Email hello@subharvest.com with the issue, Chrome version, Subharvest version, the action you were taking, and any error message shown in the side panel. Do not include account tokens or private export data.
Troubleshooting
Blocked or private Reddit data
Private, banned, quarantined, deleted, or login-gated Reddit content may not be available through Reddit JSON. Open the thread while logged in or remove it from the queue.
Exports
CSV, Sheets TSV, Airtable CSV, Notion CSV, JSON, and Markdown exports are created locally by your browser.
Saved projects
Saved projects, run history, seen-row tracking, scraped rows, and export preferences live in Chrome extension storage on your device.
Copy JSON
Copy JSON depends on browser clipboard availability after a direct click. Keep the side panel focused, load a results view, and try the command again.
Account linking
Start linking from the side panel, approve the displayed code while signed in on subharvest.com, then return to the side panel and choose Finish link. Sign out first if you need to replace a linked account.
Plans and billing
Free remains available and launch pricing is published, but paid checkout is still closed while production billing is verified. Existing subscribers can still manage their subscription in Account Center.
Current Launch Status
Subharvest currently focuses on local-first Reddit research: thread scraping, subreddit discovery, saved research projects, dedupe, run history, local evidence themes, and evidence exports. Account login and account-level device management are available through Account Center. New paid checkout remains closed until production billing is verified; existing subscribers retain billing management. Scraped Reddit research data remains local-first.
